Dita Von Teese has revealed the first look of her Von Follies lingerie line, which goes on sale in 2012.

Inspired by the American burlesque dancer’s penchant for vintage underwear, the line will go on sale exclusively at Australia’s department store Target in February.

The collection, which includes high-waisted briefs, garter belts and fitted corselettes, is expected to subsequently go global.

Renowned shoe designer Christian Louboutin, has written his first book, part autobiography part personal photo album.

The tome comprises of six chapters giving insights into Louboutin’s influences, best loved styles and his career highlights.

Louboutin has also recuited some of his favourite models and friends to contribute, including Dita Von Teese, Kristen Scott Thomas John Malkovich and David Lynch.

The burlesque dancer is readying an underwear collection in everything from petite to plus-size. She announced the news via Twitter on April 13.

Von Teese said she had “just signed a new lingerie deal!!! Glam underpinnings in XS to plus-sizes! Launching in Australia, then going global shortly after. Excited!”

Cointreau and its International Brand Ambassador, Dita Von Teese, collaborated to create the Cointreau Cocktail Coffret.

The Coffret and boudoir set is a beautiful box that delicately cradles a custom-designed bottle of Cointreau, two cocktail glasses and a pink cobbler shaker.

Burlesque superstar Dita Von Teese, in collaboration with Cointreau, is planning to open a pop up members only club in Paris’ Montmartre district.

Cointreau Privé is set to open on Dita’s birthday on September 29 , the cabaret performer’s birthday, and stay open for one month.

The club will serve her signature cocktail made of orange liqueur, apple juice, lemon juice, and violet syrup and will be decorated with “lots of Swarovski crystals and feathers,” said Von Teese.
