You Can Buy Dennis Miller’s House for $22.5 Million
Comedian Dennis Miller is selling his renovated beachfront home in Carpinteria, California for $22.5 million, nearly double what he paid for it in 2003.
Comedian Dennis Miller and his wife, former model Carolyn Espley-Miller, are listing their 6,063-square-foot beach home in Carpinteria, California, in Santa Barbara County, for $22.5 million.
The five-bedroom, 5 ½-bath shingle-style home sits on more than a half-acre of land with 63 feet of beach frontage on the Pacific Ocean.
Ms. Espley-Miller said in an email that they bought the beach home for its prime location and privacy.
They renovated the house, built in 2001, with a lighter color scheme and new fixtures to reflect the jaw-dropping sunsets and filled the home in part with Scandinavian antiques. Furnishings aren’t included in the list price.
Riskin Associates at Village Properties, an affiliate of Christie’s International Real Estate, is the listing agent.
