Riva has unveiled its first new model of 2020 as the 88’ Folgore – Italian for ‘lightning’ – touches water at the La Spezia shipyard.
One of the world’s biggest yachting conglomerates, Italy’s Ferretti Group has restarted production, “safely picking up where it left off”.
Four 450hp outboards reported to power 48 Wallytender X to 55 knots; fellow Ferretti Group brand CRN building 62m Frank Laupman design.
Princess will again have the largest display at Boot Dusseldorf, with 10 yachts and a mock-up, while other builders also host big stands.
Like every boat designed by Wally founder Luca Bassani, the 48 Wallytender is simply cool – and it’s even cooler when ‘the volcano’ himself is driving it.
Wally founder Luca Bassani and designer Espen Oeino team up on 165 Wallypower, while 101 sloop is brand’s first sailing yacht since Ferretti Group takeover.
