GTN Holding acquires Manufacture Royale, a workshop that is currently managed by a family with more than 30 years of experience in manufacturing in-house calibres, to help boost their horological ventures.

Manufacture Royale was founded in 1770 near Geneva and it is dedicated to produce mechanical movements and producing watches for the elite individuals in Europe. GTN on the other hand is owned by the Gouten family, which believes in manufacturing fine watches and promoting luxury brands.

Given that both GTN and Manufacture Royale are family-run businesses sharing the same core values like entrepreneurial freedom and prioritising relationships, they aim to use their unique mix of expertise and give the industry a new boost. With this, it’s pretty exciting to see what type of collection they bring to the table.
