Lamborghini has announced that it is to cease production of its V10 Gallardo. But the Italian company has a replacement waiting in the wings that it is set to unveil in 2013.

To celebrate its 20th anniversary in Hong Kong, Kingsway Cars teamed up with Lamborghini to create a special edition Gallardo LP550-2 model.

Lamborghini has revealed pictures of the 2013 Gallardo Spyder following the unveiling of the 2013 Gallardo at the Paris Motor Show last month.

The Italian sportscar maker is showing off six new Gallardo models at this year’s Paris Motor Show (Sep 29-Oct 14), all of them boasting angular and trapezoidal lines.

The redesign of the new LP 560-4 and LP 570-4 Edizione Tecnica Gallardo models cements Lamborghini’s image as a supercar specialist.

A special edition of the Lamborghini Gallardo LP560-4, named the Gold Edition, has been officially presented to the public in China, at the Shenzhen Hong Kong Macau International Auto Show.

Lamborghini is celebrating an important milestone for a supercar manufacturer: the assembly of the 12,000th Gallardo.

Lamborghini Gallardo was first introduced back in 2003 and over the years, many variants of Gallardo have been introduced.

Some of the recent Gallardo variants are LP 570-4 Superleggera, LP 550-2 Valentino Balboni, LP 560-4 and LP 560-4 Spyder.
