Playboy founder Hugh Hefner is selling the Holmby Hills house near to the Playboy Mansion for $27,995,000.

The 7,318 square feet (700 square meters) English manor-style personal residence has been home to his estranged wife Kimberly and their two teenage sons since the late 1990s.

Hefner bought the mansion for a reported $6.7 million.

Located in S. Mapleton Drive, Los Angeles, it has seven bedrooms and five bathrooms, two story entry, a spacious living room with fireplace and nice garden vistas, a large family room near to an eat-in gourmet kitchen opening to charming outdoor terrace.

The mansion has also an enormous motor court, a wonderful private pool area and the soccer pitch sized lawn that clearly costs a small fortune to keep so green and beautiful.
