T. Fotiadis Design Conceptualises a High-Security “Mall” Over The Sea

Comprising of a contemporary styled suite and “diplomatic-grade secure-meeting environment” equipped with “cutting-edge security and privacy technology”, the Ultra2 upholds an ethical obligation to nature whilst providing top-in-class luxury with bespoke interiors decked in rich mahogany and opulent splashes of gold, alongside a wide range of standard amenities. Through utilizing an all-electric Azipod propulsion system and hybrid diesel-electric motors, the Ultra2 superyacht can reach top speeds of 16 knots, which leaves space to facilitate the storage of three tenders, two expedition RIBs, an EC1235 Eurocopter helicopter, plus water toys, including wave runners, seabobs, kayaks, surfboards, and a water slide.

Worth an estimated $242M, the Ultra2 is a 311ft battery operated vessel, which comes complete with two swimming pools, one jacuzzi, an Imax cinema, a safe room, and an entire crew of 26 individuals trained to implement military-standard counter-intelligence protocols.
