
Piper-Heidsieck collaborated with Jean Paul Gaultier to create a new design for its Champagne Cuvée Brut bottle.
Gaultier had already created a bottle in a red corset in 1999. The new one features Latex and fishnets, inspired by the can-can.
The unveiling took place at a VIP dinner on May 13 at the Cannes Film Festival. Celebrities in attendance included Inès de la Fressange and Rossy de Palma.

French designer, Jean-Paul Gaultier has launched a babywear collection, Gaultier Bebe, for newborn babies and children up to two years.
This isn’t the first time Gaultier has gone in the children direction, he already has Junior Gaultier.
Gaultier Bebe will follow in the same direction with his signature palette of red, white and blue on denim, tulle skits and bodysuits.

The first ever retrospective dedicated to the designs of French couturier Jean-Paul Gaultier will be unveiled at The Montreal Museum of Fine Arts in June 2011.
The Fashion World of Jean-Paul Gaultier: From the Sidewalk to the Catwalk will display more than one hundred ensembles, including couture creations, as well as original sketches and photographs.
The exhibit will be organized into five main themes that inspired Gaultier‘s collections: Paris, Fusions, Multi-Gender, Eurotrash/X-rated and Metropolis.

French furniture giant Roche Bobois celebrates the 50-years anniversary in collaboration with couturier Jean Paul Gaultier.
Together they worked out the new collection of furniture which got the name Jean Paul Gaultier Pour Roche Bobois Paris.
“I don’t see myself as a furniture designer,” the couturier said when he unveiled the tie-up earlier this year.

Dita Von Teese has taken her famous burlesque act to the couture capital, Paris.
During Jean Paul Gaultier’s Autumn/Winter 2010 collection show, Ms Von Teese appeared on the catwalk in a black slinky dress.
The famous actress then walked down the catwalk and stripped off her robe revealing a black skeleton-looking bodice. Then came the models.
