
Lady Gaga, France’s First Lady Carla Bruni and Spanish actor Javier Bardem were chosen by Vanity Fair magazine as among the world’s best dressed people.
In its September edition released Tuesday, the monthly also mentioned actresses Diane Kruger, Carey Mulligan, Princess Maria of Denmark and US First Lady Michelle Obama in its list of 45 persons.
Samantha Cameron, wife of the British prime minister, also made the cut along with Martin Scorcese, NBC news anchor Brian Williams and the Duchess of Alba.

Actress Diane Kruger has just been announced as the new face of Calvin Klein’s upcoming women’s fragrance launch, Calvin Klein Beauty.
Kruger is a great choice: she’s undeniably beautiful, sure, but she’s also a favorite in the fashion community for her impeccable sense of style.
Diane showed her loyalty to Calvin Klein by wearing a white gown by the designer to the Costume Institute Gala at New York’s Metropolitan Museum of Art.

German actress Diane Kruger has been signed to beauty giant L’Oréal amid a trend of Hollywood stars representing leading beauty brands.
The move comes after a series of announcements including Lancôme signing Julia Roberts and Helena Rubinstein tapping Demi Moore as the faces for their beauty ads.
L’Oréal previously appointed Slumdog Millionaire star Freida Pinto as one of its global brand ambassadors, an evident move towards more ethnic diversity.


Swiss watchmaker Jaeger-LeCoultre inaugurated its third boutique in France with the opening of its Cannes location last week. This is also the 28th Jaeger-LeCoultre location worldwide.
The collections are presented within an interior design with a display concept reflecting the Art Deco spirit and playing on symmetry, geometry and pure lines.
Subtly graded shades of ochre are associated with authentic materials such as leather, American walnut wood, steel and slate.
