When the world’s first Floating Seahorse originally set off in 2015, people were impressed by the prospect of having a floating habitation with luxury fittings. Basically, everyone wanted to sleep with the fishes! Based on this positive reception, European real estate company Kleindienst has come up with the Signature Edition version of the villa. This special version of the Floating Seahorse will be fitted with the best of Emirati culture and European design and is now in the making in the UAE.

Spanning 4,004 square feet across three levels, the Signature Edition was specially formed to accommodate families with guests, groups, and children of all ages. There are four flexi living/sleeping areas, and the total possible amount of people adds up to eight adults and eight children. Each level can be fully adapted to suit individual needs when required, or customized to ensure the ultimate privacy by fully enclosing the outdoor areas.

The key highlight is the underwater view available because of two totally submerged en-suite underwater bedrooms, from which you’ll be able to view the surrounding coral gardens and marine life. The Signature Edition ensures the complete rendering of your own aesthetic, allowing you to pick from all sorts of premium quality finishes, and bespoke interiors/furnishings, to fully outline your underwater domain.

There are 40 Signature Editions now under production, and each are currently priced at AED 12 million, with the estimated completion for the first phase in October 2016. You can check out more information over at
