In celebration of the 70th anniversary of BMW’s history victories at the Mille Miglia, BMW has marked the occasion with a few events and restoration cars.
However, now BMW has gone one step further and taken its top of the line roadster, the Z4 sDrive35is, and created a limited edition Mille Miglia edition.
Only 99 units will be buit, each coming with a Polaris Metallic matte finish, blacked out front grill, an M aerodynamic kit and 19-inch wheels finished in Dark Chrome.
In the latest TV commercial for the BMW Z4, artist Robin Rhode uses the roadster as a 306hp paintbrush to create a colorful and unique performance.
Now, thanks to 3D technology, it’s possible for you to recreate the artistic experience. If you have a webcam you’ll be able to get behind the wheel of your own virtual BMW Z4 and use it enjoy yourself.
You have to follow the instruction on Bmw official site and create your expression of joy!
One of the many interesting things occur when you bring together something that’s known for elegance and speed, and a form of expression that holds no boundaries.
BMW uses their new Z4 as a brush on a canvas the size of a football field. Bringing in modern artist Robin Rhode along with a group of technicians, taking the Z4 and customizing it with adjustments that spray paint from the wheels.
Here the car is no longer just a stunning model, but itself executing artist. “This work is an expression of painting in action – my hope is to communicate the power and thrill inherent in the creation of art”, says Rhode.
