The new Jil Sander Vasari bag, which sells for $290, is the most expensive brown paper bag ever made.
The bag is rendered from high-durability coated paper, features stitched seams, four gold colored eyelets and the designer’s logo on the bottom.
The Vasari bag was first seen when the German house’s models paraded down the autumn/winter 2012 runway clutching the rolled-up bags in leather-gloved fists.
The Vasari bag, which can be purchased at Jilsander.com, is already sold out. There is also a black leather version of the bag – with a magnetic clasp, that sells for $630.
