Eurostar turns 21 this year and celebrates by creating its own gin with chef Raymond Blanc. The rail line has partnered with its resident Michelin-starred chef to launch an artisanal gin called Toujours 21.
Chef Raymond Blanc has unveiled the new menu he has devised for Eurostar, with dishes inspired by the rail network’s French, British and Belgian destinations.
Eurostar has selected Italian consultancy Pininfarina to undertake design work for the mid-life refurbishment of the 28 high-speed trains used on services from London to Paris and Brussels.
