Kate Moss has been revealed as the face of Mango’s Spring 2012 campaign, appearing in print and television campaigns captured by Terry Richardson.
While the Barcelona-based retailer had opted for actresses including Scarlett Johansson and Penélope Cruz to front collections in recent years, Moss’s appointment marks a move further into the realm of high fashion for the brand.
Kate Moss attended a photocall January 24 at Mango’s London flagship store in Oxford Street ahead of the collection launch.

For the warmest seasons of 2011 Mango has chosen to continue their collaboration with Scarlett Johansson who is the spokesmodel for the brand since 2009.
The ad campaign was shot at the Casa la Ricarda in Barcelona by Mario Sorrenti.
Jane How was styling director for the shoot, while hair and makeup were by Aaron de Mey and Oribe respectively.

She has a long and fruitful relationship with Mango, and once again Scarlett Johansson has been selected as the face for their FW 2010/11 campaign.
Ms. Johansson worked with photographer Mario Sorrenti for the spots, and said she loves collaborating with him with each collection.

Europe’s largest clothing retailer, Spain’s Inditex, is taking its flagship Zara brand online, but it can expect stiff competition from other giants of high-street fashion already well-established in cyberspace.
Zara‘s virtual boutique will be available on Thursday in selected European markets: Spain, Germany, France, Italy, Portugal and Britain.
From 2011, it will be expanded to the United States, Japan and South Korea.

Scarlett Johansson poses for the new Mango campaign in sexy white sundresses, eminine florals, and more.
The campaign is dubbed ‘Summer Light,’ and that marks the fourth joint outing for Scarlett and Mario Sorrenti with the Spanish retailer.
This time, however, the duo has ditched the black eyeliner and vampy poses for a romantic, dreamy and natural look, punctuated by strongly defined eye brows.
