LP – Luxury Properties Magazine celebrated its third anniversary at Andante and Louvre Gallery in HongKong.
The evening started off with modern dance and private photo shoots with Maboussin.
Over 250 VIPS turned up and every glass of Grey Goose’s Lychee Martini and Dewar’s Whiskey.

The French Chamber presented its second SME Awards during the Chamber’s Annual Gala dinner which took place on May 22, at the Grand Hyatt.
Originally created by Christine Lagarde, French Minister for the Economy, Industry and Employment, the SME Awards aim to encourage the entrepreneurial spirit and development of SMEs created by French entrepreneurs in HongKong.
The French Chamber awarded two prizes this year: the “Excellence SME Award” and the “Start-up SME Award”.


Tokyo’s Inner Central District overtook London’s West End to become the most expensive office location in the World – with an occupancy cost of $183 per sq. ft. – according to the CB Richard Ellis global office cost survey.
Moscow, Hong Kong’s central business district and Tokyo’s outer central district were in third, fourth and fifth position.
Financial centres around the world have been hit by declining occupier demand. In many cases office occupancy costs have dropped by 20% or more over the last 12 months.

A painting by Chinese artist Sanyu fetched a record HK$42.1 ($5.4 million) at a Hong Kong auction as bidders fought for lots, betting that the worst of Asia’s art-market slump is over.
Of the 38 lots offered last week at Christie’s International’s top selection of Asian art, 34 sold, raising a combined HK$181.7 million, according to the London-based auction house.
That’s about twice the company’s presale estimate, said Kate Malin, a Christie’s spokeswoman.


“Evangelical Chinese billionaires have created the world’s first biblically proportioned Noah’s Ark which opened this week in Hong Kong.
The Noah’s Ark at Ma Wan Park in Hong Kong is a tourist attraction built by the Kwok brothers (pictured below), who are behind Hong Kong’s largest real estate developer Sun Hung Kai Properties.”
The message in its 450-foot-long hull, its rooftop luxury hotel and 67 pairs of fiberglass animals: “The financial tsunami will be over,” says Spencer Lu, the Kwoks’ project director at Noah’s Ark.
