A few months ago, when an old Brit man decided to sell his ancestral home, he hit upon a creative idea which brought him instant success.
He put up a sign advertising the sale of a teddy bear for 50,000 pounds which would also give the buyer a free house!
Property developer Duncan Jones, 28, attempted a similar stunt but this is unfortunately not working for him.
