Gucci recently unveiled its first children’s range, joining the likes of Burberry, Dior, and Dolce & Gabbana who have all introduced kids’ clothes in past years.
It is no surprise that more and more labels are moving into this market, since children’s clothes are more affordable than the designers’ main lines and can buy customers a little piece of their branded universe without splurging.
Tiny trainers and sandals in the label’s signature browns and golds are available at shopstyle.com, priced from $190.
Divided into two ranges each for boys and girls (one for those aged two to six, and another for eight- to 12-year-olds), Burberry brings you everything from trenches to kilts and tartan shirts in mini-me sizes.
Prices start at $50. They even have little one-pieces for newborns with checked collars ($65).
BabyDior is one of the most established ranges for the pint-sized, featuring everything from shorts to t-shirts and dresses, often carrying a print of the Eiffel Tower.

Chances are their moms are shopping at ChloÃ©: the brand has some the cutest summer dresses for little girls that you will find, complete with matching hats and sandals.

Designed for children from six months to 12 years, McCartney’s range for the mass retailer includes basics such as cardigans, but also features the occasional experiment such as a leopard sweater or a pinkish tulle skirt.
Prices range from $14 for tights to $98 for anoraks. Shoes cost around $50.
