If you watched the closing ceremony of the 2012 Olympic Games, you might have noticed three bespoke Rolls-Royce Phantom Drophead Coupes.

Specially created for the event, the vehicles featured an English White exterior with special badging and self-centering wheel caps that had the Olympic motto “Citius, Altius, Fortius” (Faster, Higher, Stronger) on them.

The new badge, which replaces the traditional double R, was penned by Rolls-Royce’s own Bespoke Design Team and features a British Union Flag motif instead of the usual flowing gown of the automaker’s Spirit of Ecstasy symbol.

Designers also added commemorative door sill plates embossed with the words ‘One of Three’, to make these arguably the most collectable Rolls-Royces yet.
