After the success of its first residential tower in Miami, the French fashion and lifestyle entity Elle is bringing its iconic aesthetic to the Middle East. In a partnership with Anax Developments and under a licensing agreement with Lagardère News, Elle is set to launch a new branded residential project valued at AED 450 million (approximately USD 122.5 million) on Dubai Islands — one of the city’s most ambitious waterfront masterplans.

Announced at an official signing ceremony, the strategic partnership was formalised by Satish Sanpal, Chairman of Anax Holding, and François Coruzzi, CEO of Elle International Licenses. The collaboration marks Elle’s entry into the UAE market, where it aims to bring its signature mix of individuality, sophistication and Parisian flair to a new audience.

The project, Elle Residences Dubai Islands, will be designed by The One Atelier — a global design studio recognised for its work with luxury brands such as Dolce & Gabbana, Karl Lagerfeld and Fendi Casa. Co-creative direction will also be led by Arquinaut, the firm behind the original Elle Residences concept, overseeing both the architecture and interiors to ensure a cohesive, brand-aligned vision.

By partnering with Anax Developments (a local developer known for its precision, design-forward projects and deep market expertise), Elle ensures that the project is attuned to the cultural expectations and tastes of the region. Together, the two companies aim to create a property that embodies Elle’s global lifestyle brand while offering residents a thoughtfully designed home rooted in the dynamic luxury ecosystem of Dubai.

Set against the backdrop of the Persian Gulf, Elle Residences will offer residents panoramic sea views, striking contemporary architecture, and access to a lifestyle grounded in wellness, creativity, and comfort.
