Football club Paris Saint-Germain has announced a partnership with online fashion and sneakers resale site, GOAT. This new collaboration will see the latter to be the new official sleeve partner of the club while also promoting GOAT’s premium platform to a new generation of fans from the fashion and football world.

GOAT will join the club as its Official Partner until the current season ends before becoming one of the club’s Principal Partners in July 2022. The GOAT branding will be printed on the performance kits of the club such as the training gears and on-pitch match apparels. This means that stars like Neymar, Kylian Mbappè, and Lionel Messi will be spotted wearing this new jersey in the coming months.

Other than having its name printed on the left sleeves, the GOAT branding can also be seen in the club’s Le Parc des Princes stadium. To commemorate this partnership, the duo has also curated a range of goods, which can be found on the GOAT app alongside other PSG-branded lifestyle items.

While the partnership is heavily centred on giving fans access to premium items, the collaboration aims to create contents that will strength each brand’s global footprints through leveraging the respective key market audience.

“We are delighted to welcome GOAT into the Paris Saint-Germain family with this partnership that will see them join the exclusive roster of club partners present on our iconic jerseys,” said Marc Armstrong, Chief Partnerships Officer of Paris Saint-Germain. “GOAT is a perfect fit for the club and further supports our position as a leading global sports and lifestyle icon for fans all over the world. Together we will develop exciting and creative experiences to connect with supporters everywhere.”

“Paris Saint-Germain is one of the most influential clubs in the world and we’re excited to partner with them as we continue to build our global community,” said Eddy Lu, Co-Founder and CEO of GOAT Group. “We’re not only bringing together two leading lifestyle brands, but uniting a community of athletes, creatives and fans around the world. This partnership plays to each other’s strengths, with innovative collaborations in the months and years to come.”
