Bloomberg has released the “Bloomberg Billionaires Index,” the first daily global ranking of the richest people in the world as part of their coverage of wealth.
The index, changes daily depending on stock fluctuations and economic/company news dynamically measured on changing markets and will be updated every business day at 5:30 p.m.

US hotel rating program Forbes has launched a new website which allows visitors to browse the hotels and experiences it rates online.
Announcing the launch with its 54th annual listing of five and four star hotels, restaurants and spas, Forbes said that the site would provide a new, interactive way for users to access its content and plan journeys.
Travelers using Startle.com are able to access Forbes reviews, along with content uploaded by the hotels themselves and a Quora-style question-and-answer platform where users can ask questions and request answers from industry experts. Continue reading →

In second, teen heartthrob singer Justin Bieber debuted on the strike-it-rich-quick list: the 17-year-old raked in $53 million.
Carlos Slim Helu remained the world’s richest person, but Asia is where today’s big money is flowing, Forbes magazine said in its 2011 list of the world’s billionaires.
Slim, who is almost unknown to the general public outside Mexico, weighed in at a staggering $74 billion of net wealth thanks to his telecoms empire. Already the top dog last year, he increased his fortune by $20.5 billion dollars.
Forbes magazine, known for its lists, including The World’s Billionaires, Most Powerful Women, Top Earning Dead Celebrities, and Best Countries for Business, has selected this year’s list of the Most Powerful People in the World.
