The collection, which will be available in Versace boutiques and selected retailers worldwide from March 2012, focuses on just two sunglasses and one optical model.

Marchon – the world’s third-largest eyewear firm – is making 3D movie viewing chic with designer glasses fit for fashionistas.
The US-based firm unveiled a collection of
3D glasses at the television-crazed Consumer Electronics Show (CES) that runs through Sunday in Las Vegas.
“We believe in the fact that anything you put on your face should be extremely fashionable,” Cristin Lyons of Marchon said.

Italian eyewear giant Luxottica announced it would produce the world’s first ever line of 3D glasses that can be made to fit individual eyeglass prescription through its US brand Oakley later this year.
Oakley “has achieved unparalleled visual clarity while extending the wearer’s peripheral viewing angle and providing a truer alignment of 3D images”.
Luxottica said it has been using the workshops of US industry giant DreamWorks Animation for testing.
