Goldstriker sent yesterday “exclusive” preview image of their coming soon version of the iPhone 3G to the most influent bloggers.
The 24 carat gold 3G iPhone is expected to launch in July, and will start from $800 for the 8gb gold edition and rise to £1,000 ($2,000) for the 24ct gold & diamond edition.
The Apple Logo will house 53 cut bright white diamonds totaling 0,36 carat in weight.

Goldstriker are full of lies, this is not the design of the 3G Iphone, we have seen it and it does not look like the pictures they have shown. Bad Photoshop editing!

I could see a really rich lawer using one of these souped up phones, but not a normal, everyday person. On the other hand,these phones are adorable and I would love to have one. the only problem is the $2,000 that aren’t sitting in my bank account right now.
What is the point of a gold and diamond phone? What happens when your phone breaks? You’re pretty much screwed out of $2000. Or if it goes out of style? It’s a complete and total waste.
why don’t you go get some gold and diamonds in your “grill” as well….
