In celebration of the Year of the Dragon, Coach has collaborated with Chinese artist Zhang Lan to put his stamp on a collection of exclusive items.
Mr. Lan’s dragon illustration, in the traditional style of ink painting, adorns Coach’s iconic tote shape, as well as an assortment of matching small leather goods.
The gold design pops against a backdrop of the brand’s Signature pattern in mahogany.

Gwyneth Paltrow, an award-winning actress, singer, author and style icon, will be the star of the Fall 2011 and Spring 2012 fashion advertising campaign.
The campaign, which was shot by Peter Lindbergh on a Manhattahn rooftop, will be featured in Asia and Europe, including France, Spain, the U.K., Portugal, and China.
“I grew up in New York City and I’ve always thought of Coach as the quintessential New York brand,” the star said in a statement.

KDDI au have just released a limited batch of branded Coach cell phones in Japan. According to a KDDI press release, the handsets were created to celebrate the introduction of the new Coach Madison Collection and commemorate Coach’s longevity
The phone is not actually built from scratch. While the casing and display have been styled to reflect Coach sensibilities, the innards are from Sony Ericsson, whose re “Full Change” model was designed with the specific purpose of allowing this kind of customization to look and feel. (Unfortunatly we haven’t received any High-Res picture yet).
1,941 of the phones will be sold for 19,410 yen each at au shops throughout Japan (Coach was founded in 1941).
