The British luxury car brand Aston Martin and the luxury mobile phone manufacturer Mobiado are collaborating to produce a collection of luxury mobile handsets.
Synergy between the two brands provides an ideal opportunity for Aston Martin to enter into the electronics sector, with an exclusive range planned to launch in May 2011 through a range of premium outlets.
Peter Bonac, President of Bonac Innovation Corp. said, “Like Aston Martin, Mobiado prides itself on design innovation and technological excellence.”

Aston Martin took the wraps off its latest model, the new Virage, February 23, promising that it “does everything with the perfection that you would expect today.”
The Virage, which sits somewhere between the brand’s luxury DB9 and sporting DBS, is designed to complete the British brand’s sporting Gran Turismo lineup and will be displayed for the first time at the Geneva Motor Show.
Like its siblings, the new Virage offers a V12, a 6.0L engine which delivers 365 kW of power and is mated to a six-speed automatic transmission.

Rolls-Royce will join the electric car club at the Geneva Motor Show, but like many of its luxury counterparts, it seems uncertain that electrified vehicles are the future.
It will show a one-off electric version of its $300,000 Phantom sedan at the show before sending the vehicle on a global test tour.
Rolls-Royce, one of the world’s most iconic — and expensive — automakers, described the model, known as the 102EX, as a “test bed” to gather research for future decisions about alternative drive trains.
