G.H.Mumm partnered with renowned Chef Mauro Colagreco to create a gastronomic Dinner on a sand bank on July, 14th 2009.
G.H Mumm chose the Great Barrier Reef, and asked Chef Mauro Colagreco to prepare a gastronomic lunch in the middle of the Pacific Ocean, on a pristine sandbank on the Great Barrier Reef.
Magnifying these resources in their natural setting was the challenge that Mauro Colagreco had to rise to.

Manchester City football clubowner Sheikh Mansour has added space travel to his diverse portfolio of businesses by buying 32 per cent of Virgin Galactic.
The deal, which was done through the sheikh’s company Aabar, puts the value of Virgin Galactic at $900 million even though it hasn’t begun to offer flights yet.
In return it will gain regional rights to host Virgin Galactic tourism and research flights, and is planning to build spaceport facilities in Abu Dhabi.

A sunken pirate ship off the coast of Borneo has brought a German treasure-hunter a haul of booty worth at least €7 million ($10-million).
Martin Wenzels, 42, a property developer in Dresden, and business partner Klaus Keppler, 71, located the wreck of The Forbes, which sank in 1806.
What at first sight looked to be encrusted and worthless turned out to be a valuable haul, comprising 1.5 tons of silver coins, gold decorations, cannons, crystal and Ming porcelain.

Cruiser ship Celebrity Equinox leaves the Meyer Papenburg shipyard en-route to Eemshaven in the Netherlands on June 20, 2009 in Papenburg, Germany.
The 317 metres long and 36,8 metres wide ship is one of five luxury cruise ships, which will be built for the American shipping company Celebrity Cruises until 2011.
