
Bottega Veneta has partnered with the Swiss watch giant Girard Perregaux to produce its first watch, the BVX.
The unisex watch features a dark, brushed-titanium curved case with a brown face and a cigar-colored crocodile strap.
The BVX is $14,600 and will be exclusively available from Bottega Veneta’s stores next month.

Iconic British fashion label Vivienne Westwood is to launch a collection of watches at Baselworld 2011.
The company has signed an agreement with Zeon Limited, which will design, market and distribute the timepieces under the Vivienne Westwood brand name.
The watch collection, consisting of a range of ladies and men’s watches, will retail between 100 to 500 GBP and will be available in stores from fall 2011.

Bell & Ross unveils yet another limited edition timepiece – the BR 01-92 Compass – designed to re-imagine an aircraft’s cockpit, similar to its other watches.
The dial features two concentric discs, which have 12 minute and 60 minute graduations, and a vertical white line to tell the time.
The bezel has two windows divided by a bar, to mimic that of a horizontal plane. The watch is limited to 500 pieces and will be released in October 2010.
