The danish audio-video manufacturer Bang & Olufsen is entering the iPod/iPhone accessory market with the BeoSound 8.
The brilliant-looking, great-sounding iPod dock – that also docks with iPads- is the first from B&O who claim that it is “the best of its kind in the market”.
It packs two 70w active speakers and the device has also been given an aluminium centrepiece that houses the touch controls.

The master of the synthesizer, Jean-Michel Jarre, had quite a stroke of a genius when designing this unique iPod dock in the shape of a glass column.
Fantastic design, but high tech above all, the loudspeaker system Aerosystem 1 delivers a crystal clear sound of exceptional purity.
Thanks to a powerful subwoofer and two directional speakers, all the while rendering the bass and treble to an optimal state for all encodings.

Straight from Japan Kanto’s Syd 5 iPod Speaker packs in 80 watts of power, a bass reflex port, and a frequency response of 45hz to to 20Khz.

The SYD 5 weighs in at more than 20 pounds, and its four drivers are capable of surprisingly high volume.

Bathroom is definitely a place prepared for music listening, but music players usually installed there are not always compliant with safety standards.
If so far we’ve seen all sorts of shower cabins and bathtubs incorporating entertainment systems, or speakers and TV sets designed especially to fit in the bathroom, why not an MP3 mirror?
Antonio Lupi (who earlier won us over with his “bibilo” bookcase bathtub) offers an innovative system of mirror equipped with a music diffusion system with the incorporated base for the MP3 reader.

High-end speaker producer Bowers & Wilkins (B&W) has recently launched what has to be one of the most stylish iPod docks on the market – The Zeppelin.
It combines outstanding digital sound quality with an exterior that is a piece of art in its own right. It is intelligently designed with ergonomic thought and beautiful, 360 degree, visual appeal.
It includes 5-inch subwoofer, four speakers and an amp that can pump out 100 watts of power.
Designed for the latest generation of iPods and the Iphone3G, the system is also compatible with previous generations of the product and other MP3 and MP4 players.
