Soccer star Cristiano Ronaldo strips down and flaunts those famous abs of his for the S/S 2010 campaigns for Emporio Armani Menâ€™s Underwear and Armani Jeans.
The 24-year-old Portuguese stud, who plays for Spanish club Real Madrid and the national Portuguese team, replaced David Beckham who has been the spokesmodel for Emporio Armani Menâ€™s Underwear since January 2008.
Italian design label Armani has teamed up with sports label Reebok for a new line of running shoes, introduced during the men’s fashion shows in Milan.
The new EA7 collection, which consists of sporty (The Runner) and more sophisticated styles (Mega Chic), comes after fellow Italian designer Salvatore Ferragamo launched sneakers with Yohji Yamamoto and Kanye West’s successful design stints for Louis Vuitton and Nike sneakers.

Designed by Italian architects Massimiliano and Doriana Fuksas, the 4,000-square-metre with the sinuous and futuristic spiral staircase in cream-coloured cement, had already been called by the Mayor Bloomberg as â€œGuggenheim Twoâ€.
”This is not just a great architectural masterpiece but is also a vote of confidence in the future of New York as a fashion capital,” Bloomberg added at the opening.
This new Armani store held an exclusive party to celebrate the opening of Armaniâ€™s latest piece of Manhattan real estate.
A host of celebrities were present at the event included Leonardo DiCaprio, Alicia Keys, John Mayer, Josh Hartnett, Milla Jovovich, Molly Sims, Ricky Martin, celebrity stylist Rachel Zoe, Victoria Beckham, and a pregnant Mira Sorvino.
Armani created a “capsule collection” that will be available only in the Fifth Avenue, and some lucky celebs already wore it last night.

Giorgio Armani has unveiled his vision for his latest store: Â« Massive Â» can’t even begin to describe the 43,000 square-foot space that will house all of the designer’s collections – from the mainline Emporio Armani and Giorgio Armani ranges to Armani Casa and Armani Jeans.
Set along New York’s trend setting Fifth Avenue, the space, which formerly housed Hugo Boss, will give its customers a “total experience” that will include an in –house restaurant.

Giorgio Armani explored a merger with French luxury group Hermes but without success, the Italian designer told Bloomberg, adding he planned to keep control of his fashion empire as long as he stays healthy.
Mr. Armani, who is in his 70s and one of Milanâ€™s long-established names, was quoted in an interview with the news agency as saying a merger with Hermes would have united the companiesâ€™ strengths in clothes and accessories.
“(A deal) could have been something fantastic,” Mr. Armani said in the interview published on Friday. “Hermes has such class, such prestige.”
Twenty years have passed since Giorgio Armani launched his first line of eyewear.
