Italian fashion house Versace announced the opening of its European online retailing site September 19. The virtual Versace shop window gives web shoppers the feeling of stepping into one of the band’s brick and mortar boutiques.
Featuring the Italian brand’s iconic codes and spirit thanks to the active input of creative director Donatella Versace, this new e-commerce site was given a futuristic and rock-themed graphic design.
The online store gives access to the whole Versace offering: fashion, bags and leather products, perfumes, interior design accessories, shoes as well as the new Young Versace line.
“There is growing excitement around the Versace brand, and we can’t open stores fast enough…That’s why I’m so excited that, starting tomorrow, a lot more people will have access to the world of Versace,” CE Gian Giacomo Ferraris explained.
The Versace e-shop has gone live in the UK, Italy, Germany and France. It will launch October 17 in the US, Belgium, the Netherlands, Spain and Austria.
