Italian pen maker Ferrari da Varese have worked with Bugatti to create an exclusive pen inspired by the Bugatti Veyron.

The Bugatti Type A pen, designed by Luigi Trenti, is a limited edition pen made from the same grade aluminum as the Veyron’s engine with a stainless steel grip.

The barrel is then plated with nickel then sterling silver then palladium and finally platinum ensuring it does not oxidize.

The pen has three sapphire glasses similar to those in watches for a royal elegant look, and a brilliant 18kt gold nib coated with rhodium coated 18kt gold and ruby stone for elegance.

Limited to just 499 units of fountain pens and 499 units of roller ball pens, the Bugatti Type A pen will come with a superb handcrafted manual and will be available from Bugatti dealerships and Ferrari da Varese stockists.

The pen is priced at $15,000 each. Sybarites Bornrich
