First created by Tomas Maier in 2001, the clutch is one of the brand’s signature pieces, “a collector’s item” with an “iconic shape.”

Maier certainly stretches his wings when it comes to the imaginative versions he dreams up each year including the Vintage Jewel Knot (embroidered with antique crystals), the Origami Knot (made from intricately creased patent leather) and other versions in woven sterling silver, padded satin, etc.

The events and displays at the Saint Tropez store will be digitally shared with select Bottega Veneta boutiques around the world.
