Limited Edition Enric Rovira Easter Eggs

This year, to celebrate Easter, Spanish artisan chocolatier Enric Rovira has created a limited edition range of luxurious eggs for Harvey Nichols.

The exclusive range features three designs: the Fibrós, Brillant and Quadrat. Only 200 eggs will be made, one of which will contain a special Golden Ticket.

The Golden Ticket will entitle the lucky winner to be flown over to Barcelona to visit the Enric Rovira workshop, followed by a meal at a top restaurant and an overnight stay in the heart of the city.

Boucheron’s Parisian Joy

Paris luxury jeweler Boucheron immortalizes Ladurée macarons in part of this year’s collection titled “Gaieté Parisienne” (Parisian Joy) with their new line, Gourmandise, which includes Tentation Macarons rings, pendants, necklaces and earings.

It’s modern, 21st. century and someone has already taken a bite out of each macaron as you can see from the teeth marks in the pictures.

The rings, which come in white gold with tsavorites, multicoloured sapphires, amethysts or garnets, look like they’ve already been bitten into. The best part? All the pleasure and none of the calories.

Veuve Clicquot illustrated by Florence Deygas

Known for creating the famous dog duo Caprino and Peperone, French artist, Florence Deygas has struck another amazing collaboration – this time with Veuve Clicquot champagne.

“The current collaboration with Veuve Clicquot includes several illustrations using paintbrush techniques over more classic line drawing,” a rep from the champagne company explained.

“These illustrations use Veuve Clicquot’s classic red signature across its iconic yellow with scenes that vary from seasons to special occasions.”

Bob Dylan Oris watch

As a tribute to American singer and poet Bob Dylan, Oris has created a special edition Rectangular model, limited to just 3000 pieces worldwide.

The stainless steel cased watch features Bob Dylan’s signature on the dial, and singer’s portrait is engraved on the case back along with the limited edition number.

In a small glass window you can see a glimpse of the complex mechanical movement with the famous Oris red rotor.

The company has launched the Alfred Dunhill Provenance Collection, where recycled Second World War parts are designed into limited edition cuff links, all which are branded with Alfred Dunhill and presented in premium packaging.

The recycled parts are components of iconic historic machinery, cast from the aluminium engine of fighter planes.

Mercedes-Benz has launched the new S400 hybrid model: the first series-production Mercedes-Benz passenger car with hybrid drive and the world’s first car with a lithium-ion battery.

“The S400 HYBRID is a major milestone on our road towards emission-free mobility”, says Dr. Dieter Zetsche, Chairman of Daimler AG and CEO of Mercedes-Benz Cars.

Behind the moss-covered wall panel is an irrigation system that ensures all-around healthy greenery and generates a faint, trickling sound of water.

The sound is designed to create a sense of real, living nature, as well as encourage relaxation.

Pictures of Supercar Show Mumbai

These pictures (source: Reuters) are from Luxury SuperCar Rally Show held for the first time in India on Sunday, April 5, 2009 in Mumbai.

The show was essentially a parade of the finest luxury and sports cars, which include top brands like AMG, Audi, Bentley, BMW, Ferrari, Lamborghini, Mercedes, Porsche, Rolls Royce amongst others.

Over 40 luxury and sports cars were showcased in the one-day show and entourage.

Capella Singapore, an ultra-luxury hotel

Gucci held the collection at Capella, a six-star luxury hotel that opened last week despite Singapore being in recession and the economic crisis affecting tourism numbers across the region.

The $260-million hotel is set within more than 12 hectares of sprawling land and lush greenery. It boasts 111 rooms, including 32 private villas – the first of its kind on Sentosa which come with their own pools.
