All-business class airline OpenSkies is offering a guarantee to customers that they will enjoy their flight — and a full refund if they don’t.

The airline announced its new “Love Everything or Pay Nothing” guarantee September 8, saying that the offer was unprecedented in the airline sector.

It says that the deal was prompted by a survey of passengers that revealed 96.85 percent of its passengers would recommend the airline.

Customers can book the flights offered by OpenSkies, which runs an all-business class service between New York and Washington to Paris, from September 8 through November 30 at www.flyopenskies.com or by calling the airline.

British Airways-owned OpenSkies is one of only a handful of all-business class services in existence, following the demise of most of its competitors in 2007-2008.

Several small airlines began transatlantic services during the mid-2000s only to be forced to cease operations following the spike in oil prices during 2008.

With Eos, MAXjet and Silverjet all consigned to business class history, only the big names still operate all-business class aircraft.

Singapore Airlines operates a service between Singapore and New York and LA, Lufthansa flies a business jet to New York from Munich, Frankfurt and Dusseldorf and British Airways flies a daily all-business class London City – New York route.
