Urwerk have unleashed the “Black Cobra,” the newest model of the CC1 series.
Urwerk’s “Black Cobra” gets its name from “shedding” of its grey gold case into something a little darker and a whole lot more menacing.
Urwerk achieved this artistic transformation by treating the grey gold with Aluminum Titane Nitride (AlTiN).
Urwerk shows the time on two separate horizontal lines–one for the hour and the other for the minute.

Maximilian Busser & Friends (MB&F) has revealed his latest master timepiece, the Horological Machine No. 3 Frog, a whimsical twist on the HM3.
The time is displayed by two rotating domes underneath a pair of sapphire crystals that resemble a frog’s eyes.
The protruding eyes of the (amphibian) frog enable it to see in many directions without having to turn its head.
On the new HM3, the hour and minute indicators are raised domes that, like the frog, can give their owner a wider view of the time without having to twist a wrist.

Romain Jerome introduces the Eyjafjallajökull-DNA, a unique-piece memento of the eruption that tortured air travelers and newsreaders the world over.
Like the other pieces in the DNA series the Eyjafjallajökull-DNA incorporates an element of the event it is celebrating in its design.
Just as the Moondust-DNA featured actual dust from the moon on the dial, so too does the Eyjafjallajökull feature actual ash and rock from the volcano.

The concept unites finger-operated timekeeping in four up-to-the-minute time zones with zany design belonging to the future, the company said.
Hamilton took inspiration from a design the company originally created for a clock in the Stanley Kubrick movie, ’2001: Space Odyssey’
