Christofle have created a silver-plated filigree vase to encase magnum of the signature anemone bottle, Perrier-Jouët’s prestige cuvee, the Belle Epoque 1998.
Limited to an edition of 150 pieces, only 5 of which are available in the UK, each one is hand-worked and a beautiful, contemporary interpretation of Galle’s original floral creation, showing off the elegance and craftsmanship of Christofle’s silversmiths.
1998 has produced a truly fantastic vintage due to ideal weather conditions giving a high level of maturity and a lot of freshness.

A 18th-century Chinese vase discovered during a routine clear-out of a bungalow in northwest London has sold at auction for a record £53m (85 million dollars).
The 16-inch Qianlong porcelain vase is understood to have been bought by a private buyer from China in the sale Thursday at a small London auction house.
The item has made the brother and sister who inherited the vase following its discovery in their parents’ north London suburban home instant multi-millionaires.

Swedish designers Front created Randomly Crystallised which is a collection of vases and lights for the Swarovski Crystal Palace, a high-end crystal and glass store.
The pieces were made by combining cut crystals with hard blown liquid crystal.
“Front has experimented with crystal as a material,” the design company says of itself. “They have let the precision-cut crystals merge with hot liquid crystal to create a method where all the objects get an individual expression.”
