Yacht owners can now buy a penthouse condo, complete with a private indoor boat garage, that allows them to step straight from yacht to luxury playpad.
The penthouse condo is part of Royal Phuket Marina’s 15-unit Aquaminium waterfront complex overlooking Phang Nga Bay in southern Thailand.
The private yacht berth, which is big enough to house a 12-meter boat, is only available in the two penthouses — one of which is currently for sale ($3.1 million).


A penthouse flat in Monaco has been sold for €240M (US$304) in one of the most expensive residential property sales to date.
La Belle Epoque, a property occupied by Christian and his brother Nick Candy, has been bought by an unnamed Middle Eastern investor.
Each suite in the penthouse, the top two floors of a block of flats, has its own cinema, kitchen, dressing room and two bathrooms, and it has a spa, library and gardens.

Nicole Kidman and husband Keith Urban have splashed out $10million on a luxurious Manhattan penthouse apartment, into which they can drive their car.
Kidman and Urban’s new pad in Chelsea comes with an ‘en suite Sky Garage’, a car elevator that will let them take their limo all the way up to the 6th floor.
The building, which has stunning Hudson River views, is the first in New York City to get the feature, the Dailymail reports.


A luxury penthouse in London has sold for a record-breaking £140 million ($220 million), as the market for “trophy homes” bucks the wider property slump.
The two-floor apartment at the One Hyde Park development in Knightsbridge features bullet-proof windows, an air purifying system and a panic room.
The new owners will have access to 24-hour room service from the neighbouring Mandarin Oriental hotel, and protection from SAS-trained security guards.

Sun Hung Kai Properties, the world’s largest developer by market value, raised the price of two penthouses in Hong Kong by 50 percent to a record HK$75,000 ($9,700) a square foot as demand surges for luxury apartments.
The units, situated on the 91st to 93rd floor of the 270-meter (886-feet) towers, will be offered for $38.5 million each.
They each have 4,000 square feet (372 square meters) on three floors, six bedrooms, an outdoor garden and a swimming pool.
