Iconic automaker Mini is rumored to be preparing an all new model which will push its popular styling further than ever, in the shape of a van.

Sources within BMW have confirmed that a Mini ‘van’, designed for cargo carrying, is set to debut at the Geneva Motor Show, which kicks off in Switzerland in March.

The Mini van eschews rear seats in favor of a flat floor with the rear side windows going too, to make way for metal sides similar to modern delivery vans.

Iconic auto brand Mini has announced the addition of a sixth model to its lineup, the Mini Roadster that will launch alongside the MINI Coupe hardtop in March.

The first open-topped two seater in Mini history, the Roadster is set to go on sale next spring to compete with the likes of the Mazda MX-5.

With a manually-opening soft-top roof, the model is designed to be more free-spirited than the four-seater Mini Convertible, with a sweeped look, lower profile and a steeped rear end, which holds a manually-operated roof.

Mini has celebrated its 50th anniversary at the Frankfurt Motor Show with the Coupe Concept and Roadster Concept.

BMW has already confirmed these two concepts are headed for production, expanding the Mini line-up to no less than six models.

The original hatch has been joined by a convertible and the Clubman extended wagon, and there’s a crossover utility version on its way.
