On September 28th Christie’s in London will offer an incredible collection of vintage Louis Vuitton luggage during its Interiors: Style & Spirit sale.
Over 20 original pieces from the famed French luxury goods house dating from the late 19th century to the 1940s will go on the block.

In celebration of Father’s Day, Louis Vuitton has selected four different styles of men’s luggage to showcase the Mon Monogram program for the private jet traveler.
On offer are the Pégase 45 ($2,800) and 55 ($3,270) wheeled cabin cases (top row), designed as the perfect accompaniment to private air travel.
The iconic Speedy 40 (bottom left, $1,030) and classic Keepall 55 (bottom right, $1,370) meanwhile make the perfect carry-ons.

London luxury goods firm Dunhill has a retro-futuristic take on travel this season with its new Aluminum luggage collection.
The collection has three different sized briefcases and will be produced in limited quantities at an asking price from $1,165 to $1,305.


Madonna flew into London’s Heathrow airport yesterday along with more than 25 pieces of luggage.
The 51-year-old star looked pale and tired as she stepped off the plane from New York with her two adopted kids, David Banda, four, and Mercy James, also four.
However, the two porters who had to move the enormous pile of luggage looked far more exhausted, reports the Telegraph.
They were photographed struggling to shift two trolleys laden down with bags through Terminal 3.

Germany-based Vintage Luggage Company has amassed the world’s greatest collection of classic travel items, Luxist reports.
Their large collection of vintage luggage includes the likes of Louis Vuitton, Hermès and Goyard.
The priceless collection includes a 1920s Vuitton desk trunk which converts to a writing table complete with a typewriter.
