The laptop offers a distinctive outer-casing design, a 15.6″ display, dual 750GB hard drives and quad-core 2nd generation Intel Core i7 processors and is the world’s first laptop with dedicated NVIDIA GeForce GTX 460M graphics.

The ‘everyday’ Lamborghini

Lamborghini announced this week that it is considering adding an “everyday” car to its portfolio, raising figurative eyebrows across the internet.

For a brand long associated with the most expensive things in life, Lamborghini’s announcement at a Reuters summit seemed a little out of character.

But, argued Lamborghini boss Stephen Winkelmann, the brand wants to have something that can be used on a daily basis.

It will be the third model line from Lamborghini, which currently offers the €145,000 Gallardo and €225,000 Aventador.

Lamborghini Sesto Elemento coming in October

Lamborghini Sesto Elemento Concept

Lamborghini will launch a production version of Sesto Elemento concept in October. The vehicle will start arriving at dealerships in the third quarter of 2011.

Auto Motor and Sport magazine says production will be limited to 10 or 20 units and pricing will surpass €1.9 ($2.8) million.

The Sesto Elemento featured a 5.2-liter V10 engine that developed 570 PS (419 kW / 562 hp) and 540 Nm (398 lb-ft) of torque.

Lamborghini is launching a new special edition of its Gallardo supercar to commemorate the 150th anniversary of Italian unification.

Tthe Lamborghini Gallardo Tricolore features a white exterior with carbon fiber mirrors and a tricolor strip that runs the entire length of the car.

The stripe is echoed on the driver’s seat, where it is perfectly aligned with the exterior stripe. The green, white and red colors of the stripe are in homage to the Italian flag.

Ferrari FF, Lamborghini Aventador: sold out for 2011

Both the Ferrari Four and the Lamborghini Aventador LP 700-4 have already been sold out for the next year’s worth of production.

This information is revealed just after the official public release of both sports cars at the Geneva Motor Show last week and even before the cars are heading to dealerships around the world.

All 800 Ferrari FFs planned to be produced in 2011 are sold, according to Ferrari CEO Luca Cordero di Montezemolo. The car will be priced at $ 359,000.

Lamborghini unveils Aventador flagship

Italian sports marque Lamborghini has unveiled the new flagship of its lineup at the Geneva Motor Show.

The Lamborghini Aventador LP700-4 will be delivered to the first customers in late summer 2011, the company confirmed March 1, describing the model as a “new reference among super sports cars.”

The model uses a carbon fiber monocoque (integrated chassis) which gives the Aventador a weight of 1,575 kg and features the same upward-opening doors used on its predecessors such as the Diablo and Murcielago.
