Lady Gaga brought her dad to tears after presenting him with a luxury car on her parents’ wedding anniversary.

“I bought my parents a car,” said the performer during a chat with Britain’s The Times. “It’s a Rolls-Royce. It’s black.”

Her parents thought she’d rented it for them to drive for the day and her dad was overcome with emotion after realizing she’d purchased it for them to keep.

Lady Gaga‘s and Beyoncé’s latest music/fashion collaboration, the new video for Telephone, had its world premiere March 11.

Pop star Lady Gaga may be having an influence on sartorial choices in various parts of the world, but there is no project for her to work on a range with the Versace label, a spokesperson for the company said.

AFP earlier reported that British publication OK! Magazine revealed that Gaga would like to work with fashion mogul Donatella Versace for a range of clothing.

However a spokesperson for Versace indicated that such a collaboration was not in the works and therefore had no statement to make on the subject.

Polaroid has signed Lady Gaga, who is a fan, to be the to be the creative director, face for the brand and also to develop new cameras and accessories.

“Lady Gaga is a great creative talent who has a lot of passion for this brand,” said Jamie Salter of Hilco Consumer Capital, one of Polaroid’s new owners.

Gaga made a special appearance at the Polaroid booth at the CES on January 7 to share further details of her creative and business partnership with Polaroid.

According WWD, Lady Gaga will perform at a New York Fashion Week launch party for the new Givenchy Play men’s fragrance at The Box on September 15th!

The event is being hosted by Out magazine. Lady Gaga is also rumored to perform at Marc Jacobs’ party the previous Monday evening.
