Getting a flight quote from Blue Star Jets is now easier and more accessible than ever after the company has launched a new mobile app for Palm, Blackberry, Android and iPhone smartphone users.
Blue Start Jets has created a network of charter companies that gives it access to over 4,000 aircraft worldwide, ranging from helicopters to Boeing business jets.
Blue Star does not manage or operate aircraft on behalf of their clients; however, the company assists clientele in finding the best operators for any aircraft.

The private jet market is booming again, according to results released this week by one charter firm, echoing recent sentiments from a chauffeur company.
American private jet firm New Flight Charters says that its bookings were up 76 percent in June compared to the year before, describing the news as a “terrific report card” on both the company and the industry in general.
It says that overall in the first half of 2010, bookings rose by almost a quarter as clients booked to fly to 41 US states, along with Canada, Mexico, the Caribbean, the United Kingdom and Italy.

A private jet company has introduced the gift card for that person who has everything this holiday season — but it will set you back at least $42,000.
The new card, offered by private aviation group InJet, offers ten hours of flying in one of the firm’s 25 planes.
It is available in three figures for flexibility, costing $42,000 for a light aircraft, $54,500 for a midsize jet and $81,000 for a heavy jet (up to 14 passengers).
