After his collaboration with retail chain Target, Jean Paul Gaultier is looking into other ways of widening his reach, teaming up with furniture brand Roche Bobois.
According to Women’s Wear Daily, the designer plans to unveil the collection over the coming months.
It is also Roche Bobois who sponsored Gaultier’s refurbishing of the Elle Decoration suite unveiled this week.
The apartment, in the architecture museum in Paris, was previously relooked by the likes of Maison Martin Margiela or Christian Lacroix.

On December 08, 2009 Marie Christiane Marek hosted “The Designers’ Christmas Trees” at the Cite de l’architecture et du patrimoine in Paris.
World-famous designers have sold 20 Christmas trees for a total of 41,500€ to be donated to The Foundation headed by France’s First Lady Carla Bruni-Sarkozy.
Since 1996 several famous names have taken part, including Stella McCartney, Jean Paul Gaultier and Marc Jacobs.

Jean Paul Gaultier launches a collection inspired by looks from the 80’s for kids ages 2 to 16 called “Junior Jean-Paul Gaultier”.
The styles include sailor dresses, leopard jackets and cheeky berets….
Fans of Jean Paul Gaultier’s iconic “Le Male” fragrance now have a USB key that gently emits the fragrance as they work.
The USBs are free with any purchase of a 75ml or 125ml bottle of “Le Male” fragrance at selected Boots stores or on Boots.com for the next month.

Could fashion designer Jean Paul Gaultier be out at Hermès?
Fashion Week Daily reports that the designer may be resigning from the company after the Paris show in October.
In addition to producing his eponymous collections of ready-to-wear and haute couture, Gaultier has spent the last six years as Hermès’ creative director.
