Harrods is set to launch a range of £5000 ($10,000) Swarovski-studded chocolates, with exclusively designed packaging by Lebanese chocolatier, Patchi.

The super-premium packaging, in which the 49 chocolates are hand-wrapped in Indian silk and placed on suede leather partitioned with gold and platinum, was created by Patchi’s in-house design team.

Each and every chocolate is adorned with gold and Swarovski crystal and silk rose. These are then placed in a stunning box made of genuine leather and magnificent hand woven silk from India and China.

Yesterday it was revealed that this gold-plated pram, which boasts a fitted sound system and satin interior, has been snapped up after just two weeks on sale at Harrods for a staggering £6,000.

Described as “the ultimate in “baby bling”, the converted Silver Cross Silver Shadow is dripping in £4,000-worth of 24-carat gold, which covers every panel as well as its wheels and spokes.

Its leather hood is trimmed in super-soft ermine fur, it has a blue satin lining - and its base even conceals a clockwork music box which plays soothing nursery rhymes.

Luxury bed maker, Vi-Spring, has introduced bamboo fibre into its top of the range bed, the Monarch. Known in the textiles industry for its soft and silk-like qualities bamboo fibre is wonderfully indulgent, but is also one of the most environmentally friendly materials available. The Monarch retails at £24,275 ( $50,000) for a six-foot (182 cm) double divan set and is available exclusively at Harrods.

Famous UK department store Harrods has launched a luxury Pot Noodle - the Posh Noodle sells for £29.95 with all the proceeds going to charity. To add to the exclusivity, only a limited quantity of 100 are made.

The vegetarian-friendly posh noodle comes in a hand-flocked and gold-leafed pot. It also comes with a fork and table linen.
