Fiat is considering a listing of sportscar maker Ferrari before getting a majority stake in U.S. maker Chrysler.

Fiat owns 20 percent of Chrysler and is planning to increase its holding to 35 percent once it meets restructuring goals.

Fiat SpA CEO Sergio Marchionne said that he has a price in mind if bankers are interested in pursuing his company’s flagship brand of Ferrari: 5 billion euros.

Ferrari FF, Lamborghini Aventador: sold out for 2011

Both the Ferrari Four and the Lamborghini Aventador LP 700-4 have already been sold out for the next year’s worth of production.

This information is revealed just after the official public release of both sports cars at the Geneva Motor Show last week and even before the cars are heading to dealerships around the world.

All 800 Ferrari FFs planned to be produced in 2011 are sold, according to Ferrari CEO Luca Cordero di Montezemolo. The car will be priced at $ 359,000.

Set to make its world public debut at the forthcoming auto show in Geneva this March, the all-new Ferrari FF was designed by Pininfarina, showing an entirely new GT sports car concept.

The FF is an acronym for Ferrari Four, which means it is the company’s most powerful four-seat ever, as well as its first ever four-wheel drive car.

Graf Weckerle Imperialwagen, a luxury car customizer from Germany, has released the details and images their Ferrari 599 GTB Fiorano program called the Comte Noir.

While a standard 599 GTB is powered by a six-liter V12 engine with 620 HP, the Comte Noir edition delivers an impressive 835 HP.

Although the 0-100 km/h acceleration time and top speed of the car have not been announced, they’re probably quite higher than the ones of the standard car.
