Honda has unveiled a concept version of its NSX supercar at the North American International Auto Show in Detroit.
The US arm of the Japanese automaker showcased the Acura NSX January 9, confirming that the concept was a preview of a new NSX model destined for production within the next three years.
That means that the NSX, regarded by many as one of the best performance cars ever produced, could be reborn by 2015 — albeit with some new twists.


Japanese luxury auto brand Lexus finally revealed the LF-LC sports coupe concept at the 2012 Detroit Auto Show.
The all-new design pushes Lexus further into sports car territory and could provide a rival for established names such as Porsche if approved for production.
With a low profile, large wheels and futuristic running lights, the LF-LC is clearly designed for ‘serious’ drivers, with quad exhaust pipes and tail lamps inspired by a jet afterburner at takeoff.

Auto Motor und Sport reports that the Bugatti Galibier has been delayed until 2015.
The Bugatti Galibier is still in the works but the model being develop differs substantially from the concept we have previously seen.
The group has been taking advice about the Galibier’s design from current Bugatti owners, with half of those who own a Veyron having already been inside the new car.
Bugatti chief Wolfgang Durheimer told Autocar that the Galibier is still in development and “in its second half of the design phase.”

Legendary Formula 1 designer Gordon Murray has unveiled a new prototype electric sports car to join his fold of futuristic small vehicle designs.
The TEEWAVE AR1 was designed in collaboration with Toray Industries and is designed partially as proof of concept for a production mechanism that can see a car processed in less than ten minutes.
Constructed from carbon fiber, the AR1 is remarkably light, weighing in at just 850 kilograms. That makes it considerably lighter than the Tesla Roadster.

To celebrate the birth of the new Jaguar C-X75 Alfred Dunhill have filmed a short movie that links its inception to the legendary 1960’s icon – the Jaguar XJ13.
Produced to celebrate 75 years of Jaguar, the C-X75, is an example of state of the art thinking and engineering.
It is propelled by a combination of four electric generators, two jet turbines and a diesel engine making it very fast and extremely efficient.
