Fashion designer Vera Wang has bought a contemporary home in Beverly Hills, for about $10 million; the home was listed in March for $10.9 million.
The midcentury-modern home was completely renovated and has four bedrooms, a home theater and walls of glass. There’s also a pool and spa.

Two dresses worn by the late princess Diana were sold at an auction house in Beverly Hills Sunday for a total of $276,000, Julien’s auction house announced.
The first dress — a black crepe evening gown with diamante paste embroidery on the short-sleeved top inspired by Indian motifs — went for $144,000.
It was purchased for Diana’s 1992 visit to India, when she accompanied her then-husband, Prince Charles on the trip.

Rolls-Royce has teamed up with Beverly Hills-based designer Bijan Pakzad to custom-design 30 Limited-Edition models costing more than $1 million each.
Bijan will work closely with the luxury automaker to turn out a handful of special edition Phantoms, complete with the designer’s own personal touches.
The announcement was made last week at a special event at Bijan’s Rodeo Drive Boutique complete with the designer’s own yellow Rolls-Royce Drophead Coupe.


Leading luxury mobile phone manufacturer Vertu opened their latest U.S. boutique on Beverly Hills’ famous Rodeo Drive last week.
The Rodeo Drive location was strategically chosen for its reputation as one of the world’s most exclusive shopping destinations.
The LA Times reported that at the grand opening there were more than a few enthusiasts in attendance including music producer Quincy Jones and singer Seal.
