
The Swiss company GoldVish, creator of the world’s most expensive phone – GoldVish Le Million – has unveiled another luxury handset, called GoldVish Revolution.
The GoldVish Revolution is a weird candybar that looks like a mix between the very stylish Motorola Aura and a Mobiado phone.
The device is covered in diamonds, as well as pink and white gold. The most fascinating part is that it combines a luxury cellphone and mechanical watch in one unit.


For those who may not be aware of Voila, it’s a Hong Kong based jewelry watch brand that uses Swiss quartz movements.
The House of VOILA premiered its “Oriental Breeze” collection at the Soiree Orientale at Baselworld.
The collection is a delicate work of wrist-art depicting the cultural relics of the Orient. It takes inspiration from the creators numerous travels within Asia.


The Harry Winston Opus Series, initially introduced in 2001 and based on the successful collaboration with most gifted independent watchmakers, has been joined by a new innovative masterpiece – Opus 9.
In Opus 9, diamonds are not merely a decorative element, but the functional element of time telling. Teamed up for the 9th Opi is master watchmaker Jean-Marc Wiederecht and haute designer Eric Giroud.
Replacing the traditional watch hands and cyclical dial, time is displayed by two parallel diamond chains, for hours and minutes.


Known for their watchmaking, the Ulysse Nardin has the mechanical intricacy you would expect along with a 2.8-inch multitouch screen, 5-megapixel camera, biometric fingerprint unlocking, WiFi and an email browser.
A first for the mobile phone industry, the Chairman features a functioning mechanical watch rotor that is also incorporated into its aesthetic design.
Similar to an automatic watch that receives power from the force of a rotor, the Chairman does the same: charging a built-in battery using the kinetic energy of the moving rotor to supply supplemental power to the Chairman.


Nubeo is a company known for jellyfish-shaped watches. In collaboration with the basketball star Kobe Bryant, this luxury watch brand creates a limited-edition line.
Composed by high-tech sport watches, the collection’s prices start at about $21,000 and topout at $285,000. The Black Mamba series, in honor of Mr. Bryant’s nickname, will be launched at Baselworld 2009, in Basel, Switzerland, and will go on sale this fall.
Ivan Castro, the jewelry designer who co-founded Nubeo in 2004, is a huge basketball fan and reached out to Mr. Bryant’s agent and marketing manager.
