To celebrate the Chinese New Year, Ernst Benz has launched its intriguing ChronoScope PEK Limited Edition watch.

The timepiece represents a precious object of design encouraged by Chinese numerology and the number 8 in particular – the “lucky number” in China.

Developed and produced in Switzerland, the Ernst Benz ChronoScope PEK Limited Edition watch employs the brand’s iconic 47 mm case, rendered in brushed stainless steel.

The dial of the watch is featured in two interpretations: noir (black) and vermilion (china red). The release of both versions has been restricted to just 88 pieces.

Additionally an even more limited version of only 8 pieces per dial which be available in Black PVD.

The dials feature a Traditional Chinese pattern for fire as well as incorporate Traditional Chinese characters for the numerals; with the 8th hour marker written as 08 signifying the importance of this momentous year.

Price: $6,800
