If the Vertu Ascent Ti Carbon fibre collection failed to meet your requirements, the latest Ascent Ti collection might impress you.

Dubbed the Vertu Ascent Ti Neon, it’s apparently designed with well-to-do women in mind.

It’s slightly slimmer than the regular Ascent Ti, being less bulbous at the bottom to fit more snugly in a handbag.

It comes with rubber on the back instead of the leather of the regular Ascent Ti, in a choice of four colours: green, orange, white and pink.

“Switch it on and the on-screen menu matches the rubber on the back. Nice touch.”

Despite the revised shape, the phone is exactly the same on the inside as any other Ascent Ti already on the market, which means euro 3G, a 3 megapixel cam, and 4GB of storage.

This unique Neon collection is slated to hit the markets this October with a retail price of £6,000 ($9,900).

And get this: there’s also full backup of the phone’s contents via Vertu Fortress – that means all your data is automatically synced to a server stored in an underground bunker.
